Why do Val and Naigtal World Bosses give BOP gear you cannot use? I get mail and plate on Cloth and Leather characters. It happened once, okay. 3 times now. The war bound items I get, but the BOP items is silly.

Because all world bosses give warbound loot since last expac. You may be able to use it, but it’s luck of the draw
Please read. BOP- Bind on pick up. Not WARBOUND.

I remember Blizz added additional drops to the world bosses a couple weeks ago, but I haven’t done much on WoW recently so I dunno what that looks like myself. Is it that you get two drops with both being random, but only one is warbound and the other one isn’t?

Pretty much.
Like On my mage I got two maces one warbound and one Bop. Maybe not end of world but annoying. One toon fine btu so far three toons and three useless pairs of pieces.

Sounds like standard Blizz these days. I figure the BoP one is supposed to be a usable drop since…it’s BoP, but they obviously didn’t take care to have it work properly. If it was something like they were accidentally dropping myth track instead that would’ve been fixed within hours!

Bad engineering.
I got 4 drops off the wb in val. I figured that was a bug and 2 were soulbound 2 were warbound. That is the only time so far I got soulbound. At one point a couple weeks ago they kept mailing my alts gear after I opened the weekly normal and heroic chests for the new zone. The exact 2 same wb gear mail gloves and a warglaive I think. I just think it a bunch or rando bugs

Yeah even the purchasable gear gives me same thing over and over again.
I wouldn’t care if its not an upgrade if its at least usable by the class at all if its BOP.
Wait, you mean people don’t enjoy RNG on RNG on RNG with a splash of RNG on their RNG?

I didn’t know that was happening until a couple of days ago. Previous all the BOP gear was usable to me so thought nothing of it. This time, two piece impossible to use but bound to me so just gold to me.

Getting BOP gear in an armor class you can’t use would really suck. I never noticed the time I killed each world boss. Will have to keep an eye out if I decide to kill them again in the future.
Yeah, I was jazzed when I got some high quality cloth shoulders that dropped on my Hunter and went to stick them in the warbank for my clothies only to find out it was soulbound, as were the leather pants and sword that dropped. Weird stuff!
