Yea destro was usually known as the glass cannon of locks(except during last part of mop when ember tap was kinda too strong, legion with 1min wall cd and now).
But also chaos bolt had a cd and couldn’t always crit in wotlk and wasn’t their only source of damage. It wasn’t nearly as spammable.
HP nerf helps out a pretty good amount
And even though rets have a ton of magic damage auto attacks are very significant for melee this xpac
Weakness is a significantly better option vs ret supposing he doesn’t have a dispel to back him or another phys dmg dealer.
For me it’s 1. the amount of pseudo CC they can pump out back to back and 2. the fact that all that Pseudo CC doesn’t DR with one another (particular the stuns).
I can handle or be humbly punished by anything else. But if they time it right you can’t do anything to avoid it.
