So are you saying you’re against having a solo progression system that has nothing to do with raiding or 5 player dungeons?
If Blizzard added a series of solo dungeons that took as much effort and time as a raid to clear, that would be a bad thing?
Because that’s all that’s being asked for.
There’s zero reason, outside of forcing people to consider their investments solo as a natural graduation towards group content, to not have that.
They already have 90% of it built: torghast is that, except they need to add a perpetual gearing setup where you start with nothing and slowly build up.
The joke of torghast is that it is painful for people because it is an entire progression system to level up ONE ITEM.
