Why do PVPrs have to PvE to PvP?

This game doesn’t have to be majority PvP to give us vendors back. They existed before Legion, before that implemented stat normalization, so gear and stats didn’t entirely matter.

Oh I have always agreed that y’all need your vendors back. I find it dumb that they took that away from you. I mentioned that earlier.
