Why do people hate on mechagnomes

As if you banked EVERYTHING on the 8.3 races tho.

Do any of the alliance faction allied races actually draw excitement in the playerbase, enough to possibly change factions? Nope. What a shock that more and more alliance are bailing out to go live the horde life.

Couldn’t possibly be just that the raiding scene is mostly Horde since Pandaria, and with diminishing interest in the game as we go into a new expansion, guilds are just going where the people are to fill out the ranks. lol

Nah its gotta be the Mechagnomes. With the arms and legs.

If Blizzard literally made a pile of garbage an Alliance AR, would you defend it?
This I have to hear. Because the two lowest ARs are both Alliance, so more people disagree with you
waaaay more.

And the horde got an actual RACE with Vulpera

Is there a way to determine how many people have actually unlocked the Mechagnomes or other allied races. I would like to see the actual number in comparison of other ARs.

Void elves

Most popular allied race in the game according to a statistical analysis published in 2019. You can find it on statista, i can’t post links. Not a perfect statistical analysis but still.

Blood elves are a huuuge pull to the horde through aesthetics alone, if void elves didn’t have the unlock requirement and maybe lighter features I’m sure it’d help bring a swarm of casuals to prop up alliance. If they wanted to entice horde tryhards back to alliance, they should’ve left mechagnome racials OP but a nerf followed after method commented they would faction change because of it.

Imagine that, world first raiders with a bulk of the raid being mechagnomes.

Its not just the Mechagnomes. Alliance in general is lackluster. The main BFA story had our leader pigeonholed into measly support roles. It was the Saurfang and Sylvanas show.

Imagine raiders picking a race solely due to its strong racials? That has never happened before!!! Certainly not in PvP when humans had the overpowered racials

Alliance won every major encounter and warfront in BFA. Honestly, I get that the cinematics were horde centric but the lore craps on that assertion.

And yeah I remember WoD when alliance was dominant.

The ONLY reason we know the Alliance won was because of an offhand remark at blizzcon last year.
Alliance didn’t get to celebrate in-game and the horde sure didn’t experience losing in-game.
Didn’t even make it into a BOOK.

Alliance won? Hear that Night Elves, its time to rejoice.

Nevermind you are busy

Night elves not satisfied. Well reflected? They need story hooks to drag along and build off of. Pretty sure with this they don’t expect night elves to be satisfied.

Yeah Blizzard said that Tyrande already got her revenge, so, too bad.

I will sign no treaty unless it is written in the banshee’s blood.

Come no now.

It’s simple really, because the the Horde got the most incredibe unique race ever in WoW and the Alliance got repurposed Gnomes.

So they rushed the story ahead of the books to a questionable outcome. I am having Game of Thrones Season 8 flashbacks!!! :face_vomiting:

I heard what she said. You have to believe that Blizzard will allow an Alliance character to avenge themselves on the horde???
We already saw that scene and Nathanos held off Tyrande and Malfurion at the same time.
What would be different now? Did she get “nighter” or something?

Which are worse off than the standard gnomes. No bright colored hair, lack of robotic choices, many mogs destroyed by said “robotic choices”.

If you makes you feel better
it’s not Mechagnomes, specfically. It’s just a universal truth that robotic based enemies are almost always pretty lame.
