Why do only some of my toons get "call of the worldsoul" but others dont?

I don’t think anyone has figured it out to be honest. Some characters get it. Some don’t.

Call of the Worldsoul, Archive Disc Retrieval and Brann’s 3 Delve quest all reset once every 3 weeks.

Anyone else not getting Weeklies from Faerin?

There’s three weeklies in Dornogal Worldsoul from Faerin Disc Shards from Octomommy Delves from Brann. These three weeklies reset once every 3 weeks. So this week the Delve weekly is up, so if you complete it this week it won’t be back up for another 3 weeks. If you don’t complete it this week, you have the following 2 weeks to do it. Last week was the Worldsoul weekly, if you completed it last week it will be up in 2 weeks. If you didn’t complete it last week, you still have this week and …
