No, I don’t think it does. As noted in the study women are well represented in national Scrabble tournaments. Where they seem to draw the line is at spending hours upon hours studying and practicing for it. That does seem to be a difference between men and women, and you can see it everywhere.

And to top the dps in any remotely good guild you have to put in a lot of effort. The same can be said for healers, I just think there is less competition between healers than dps. I am NOT saying that women can’t be dps or can’t be even remotely competitive, just that it gives them the edge to prefer healers, people just took it way way out of proportion.
