Why do i have to watch an hour long intro into shadowlands on every alt?

It’s to slow down people bringing 20 scribes to Oribos just to farm gold.

it’s not slowing them down, i just walked into a mob of 16 moonkin botting in bastion at level 54. They need to stop puking on our QoL just to hamper botters, and maybe actively get rid of them for once.

i think they just need to do 2 things to fix it.:

  1. give a 115 weapon reward for completing it. previous expansions rewarded gear for the intro, i don’t know why this one doesn’t.

  2. let us pick Threads of Fate before the intro. the intro should be considered part of the main campaign, so ToF should let you skip it.

There sure are a lot of boom bots. But they’ll shorten it in 9.1 like they usually do or maybe 9.2. Just be patient.
