The rule where they limit the ability to group queue with more than a 5-man group. If you’re “adapting” to figure out a way around this limitation and get 40 high-ranked players in the same AV together, that’s called an exploit. If Blizzard intended 40 players to all join AV together, then they would make that an option in the queue system.

They never allowed it until the 5 man change, what are you on about? A lack of communication from Blizz does not mean they allow it, it just means they are incompetent as proven over the recent events in literally each of their titles released.
Its CRBG’s. Explain to me how you would be able to form 30-40 mans without the use of discord? More specifically, your Alpha in discord having access to “numbers” while you guys drool at his feet waiting to be spoonfed an AV like a bunch of betas.

Also zerking works at full health. It just scales up as your health scales down sooo, I don’t mind a 10 percent buff to my casting speed or attack speed at full heatlh. Seems to be nicer than oh that spirit buff we humans get.
Why would you think you are about to die if you pop blood fury? What’s actually more likely, especially in a 1on1 situation is that your are looking to blitz your target’s health down into execute range.
Perception being anything more than really situational at best. Unless you possess the ability to read minds and can predict when to pop it because your spidey sense tells you there just so happens to be a rogue near by!
It’s great for duels I suppose to remove the opener, other than that it’s a 30 second guessing game any rogue can avoid.
