I think so but in one of the books says Thrall always found human females more attractive than Orcs. So there was that little thing where it made you think that maybe… maybe he’s thinking about it lol.

Thrall is lame anyways, the only reason he beat garrosh was because he cheated thus he got stripped of his elemental powers and is now nothing but a warrior.
Jaina will be reunited with her one true love in the shadowlands.
