Provided that The Jailer doesn’t fail. I think people vastly underestimate how much of a boon The Maw Walker has the potential to be to him. If he broke The Maw Walker and made it an asset. The Maw Walker would be the key to funneling his forces outside of the Maw. Something that currently seems impossible.

If you expected every hero vs villians story to have all decisions 100% logically nothing would get very far lol.

This is the same 5-headed strat our last xpac boss just pulled and look how that turned out

Same with the revolving door of Horde leaders, its getting old man.

I seriously hope this isnt the long game they have planned, yet again.

Jaina, Thrall, Anduin, and Baine were kidnapped by Mawsworn, they can definitely leave they just cant bring the boss with them

Same with Azshara. How she just saw us killing her minions as entertainment. It was not until you start phase 4 of her encounter when she actually gets serious because she is desperate. She had planed on overloading the console and teleporting out. Leaving us to die from the wards being deactivated once the console was unlocked. However thanks to Jaina and Thalyssra, her own anti-teleportation spell was reversed engineered and applied to her as well. Leading to her to ask N’zoth for aid.

And that wasn’t the first time blizzard did that storyline, Wrath did it first

Honestly it feels like the new writing team wants shadowlands to be the wrath 2.0, like how BFA was MoP 2.0.

Let us see if they can stick the landing this time.

And I guarantee you, like always, they will fumble the bag. Blizzard’s writing team serves as the universal counterbalance to their art team.

Yin-yang. I’ve given up hope on a well written story in Warcraft. They’re just not capable

Nah, he secretly wants us to beat sylvanas.

He buffed her to give her a chance against weaponised spreadsheets

This is also the same strat that the Lich King tried to pull. It failed, Blizzard ain’t the best at making smart villains my friend.

Why did Sylvannas even open the way to shadowlands in the first place?

It’s bliz’s formula for their game. Just like most movies, the sequels follow the same kind of storyline as the original, since the first one was a hit. And now they have had so many sequels, bliz is stuck in a rut that I don’t think they can ever get out of.

Because that would make sense lol

This. Remember, he had Arthas pull that exact same crap back in Wrath. He (and maybe Sylvanas) might believe he can ultimately turn us to his side after some third act plot twist.

I guarantee blizz haven’t even thought that far through yet.

Some dude at blizz after eating a hash brownie thought punching a hole in the sky that leads the afterlife would be cool and they just took it from there. My guess anyway

In b4 the Jailer copies Azshara’s plan with N’Zoth where somehow we end up being the ones who let him loose for the final patch.

Seriously, this is probably the most fun he’s had in a millennia.

Villains just doing stuff because they’re bored are really fun for me.

Or watching a cockroach struggle after eating all six of it’s legs and then bite it’s head off.

I love watching my cat do that.

I thought he was locked within Torghast?

My friend Count Jackula has a cat named Gomez. That little psycho has favorite organs to pluck out when he gets a bird.

Fitting for his name at least.
