I logged in today and noticed that the purchasable Conduits from the conquest vendor were lowered to 213 ilvl for 200 conquest. I know for a fact that these were 226 quality last week because I purchased several of them on my Shaman. My Shaman still has the 226 Earthshield conduit that I bought but apparently if I had waited until this week I would have been punished?
Why would you even do this?
