Found myself at 3/4 today, if we have to grind out 5 shards for upgrades today, then why do have to also grind the 3 items again?
This is a horrible thing to do on reset day when everyone wants to have their upgrades ready for raid. Instead of wasting my time farming shards, I also have to waste time getting those 3 items.
Might want to relog if you’re not seeing these droprates. I assume they’re live now.
In theory, because visual progression from doing content with an ingame description and tracker should feel better then blizzard just telling us “in ~6/10 weeks we’re adding back bonus rolls and a new item upgrader system sometime in the .5 update” in some patch notes less then a 5th of the playerbase probably reads.
If youre only raiding it does kinda suck this week since you have limited lockouts and youd have to do normal or raidfinder first for the quest if you wanted to save the garunteed drops from a heroic+ lockout til after youve unlocked them.
Because this entire game is being reduced down to nothing but time-gating and time sinks

I can confirm it’s NOT live yet (and there’s no blue update in that thread); just did a T11 delve and got no Voidshard (13-May 4:34p PDT).
Blizzard confirmed it went live at 5:02 Eastern. For reasons I cannot begin to explain, they didn’t post this on an account which allows you to skip directly to each of its posts, and instead buried the lead.
Did you use a key on the bountiful delve? And had you unlocked the Nilhammer/Netherhammer?
Yes and yes. Now wow is being fussy even though my Internet seems fine… will reboot and see if it’s updated.
