You’re talking about the random LFG while leveling and not Timewalking, correct? Because for Timewalking those aren’t even in the list.
While leveling, LFG prefers to place you in groups where people have already selected one or more dungeons. Most people don’t really want to do the harder ones like SL and SV, they just want a spam queue of the easy stuff like Ramps.
