Why can't vendetta just be one minute cooldown

With the kind of damage other classes pump how would this even be op? And ok fine make it only a 20 percent damage increase but one minute cooldown.

I think people would prefer more if it was a buff rather than a debuff.

But i think its fine tbh, idk.

Rogue major cool downs compared to other classes across the board are underwhelming.

Vendetta and Shadowblades should not be that long of cool downs. AR needs to go back to 100%.

It’s fine considering it’s baseline and consistent. Now killing spree on the other hand…
