You have to wait until Alterac Valley. But you will only be able to collect bits and bobs from enemy corpses.
I had read they are implementing the AV after they took the bits and bobs out

Awesome trophy. 
I want to skin most hunter’s pets. It’s such a waste to tame them.
If we are getting a petition together, we really should consider Gnomes first.

Why can’t my paladin Exorcise or Track Undead Players?
Because they’re not actually Undead, they’re Forsaken which is more like Living-Dead than Un-Dead.
Splitting hairs and all but you know that’s what Pallys do best.
Except that the Forsaken were literally Undead who merely broke free of the Lich King’s influence. They’re not more living than they were, they’re just not being controlled by a Lich. Instead it’s just Sylvanas, which we later learn is arguably worse.
I stand by my complaint. Undead players should take increased damage from holy, be trackable by “Track Undead”, be applicable to “Exorcist” and “Turn Undead”.
Gnome taxidermy makes for great lawn ornaments.
