Since I havent seen it mentioned, I was able to get a guildie to enchant my gear via the trade window. So if you have a friend whos an enchanter you can bypass the gouging on the AH.
You realize, they where speaking of ‘Shadowlands Enchanting’ right? Enchants that cost 50-90 gold have skyrocketed to 100’s to 1,000’s because they can’t be made right now, and only ones made before pre-patch exist.

23/11/2022 vellum enchant too low of a level still not fixed , even after blizzards post ?
several downloads an hot fixes but unable to fix a proffesion as old as blacksmith . the days when my warlock was revered by hydarxian warlords and the thorium brother hood for those old enchants my warlock still has .
but no i cannot place them on a vellum to sell on the auction house or share them in the guild bank 0.o
you need a dev to fix this please

Maybe the velium was accidentally used as a snap rag by an Orc and no longer enchantable.

If it is then they need to tell us… At this point I’m ready to demand a refund for DF because of all these flipping ‘undocumented game bonuses’

Maybe I was too busy leveling characters during phase 1 to read the bug forums. But there were loads of complaint threads there when I first looked.
As far as I know, it didn’t. All of my characters still level at the same pace and same xp amounts. 
But the event didn’t start until phase 2… I guess maybe the beta forums which I don’t follow…
There were plenty of changes in Phase 1.
The first complaints were posted 8 days ago. There are over 75 threads on the Bug Reports forum on this issue.

I cant enchant on a vellum neither
Ran into this issue last weekend but it dates back further. I’m guessing it has something to do with the new professions tabs.
