With a little bit of competency absolutely agree. When you don’t effectively trade your mobility though you can end up in a bad spot which is fine misplaying shouldn’t be a reward. Although with all of the changes these past two expansions I think blizzard really wants to get away from that I can’t play my character feeling. There’s a fine line with warrior mobility where if we take away we could very quickly end up in a spot where even a lock with long gate/short port/super good slow curse become extremely hard to touch on any of the mid-large maps. Personally I think a damage nerf leaves all parties involved better off.
DH is an uptime machine pretty self explanatory, WW (root break, roll, clash, a couple gap closing damage abilities, port. Hunter self explanatory, DK riders two charges breaks/ignores all movement impairments/knocks. Outlaw can cross an entire battleground map in 10 seconds. I don’t see a case where we say they are worse maybe equal.
