Why aren't mistakes punished like they used to be?

I miss TBC heroics and Mythics (baseline Mythic) in Legion.

The whole infinite scaling of M+, and timer ruined that experience for me, personally.

M+ is fine, but I don’t like how it overshadowed everything.
