My Horde Shaman is a Tauren, I absolutely adore the aesthetics of the combination. I know a lot of players think “Orc + Shaman”, though I am not one of them.
Orcs are Warriors, Hunters, or Rogues. Shaman is just kind of a throw-in class. I know, I know. The lore is there. Technically. I just don’t see those big green Gumbys as Nature types.
Tauren though, they personify Shaman to their very core.

To me, Orc society seems more Warrior oriented. All that Mak’gora stuff and what not. Orcs are more like Klingons. Not original Star Trek Klingons - they made them out as evil - but the Next Generation and forward ones who seem more like Space Vikings with their code of honor all that.
Shamans are part of Orc society, but their societal structure is much more Warrior oriented for sure.
I would’ve wanted the snake people, but for some reason, we got uglier versions of the same humans for the past fifteen years.

they’re on horde. i used to main horde, but their cute-fluffiness kinda… ruined it.
plus, their music ATE the orgrimmar music, and just… killed the atmosphere.
no true hate though. love vulpera, just wish they were on the alliance. a shame blizzard does’nt feel the same.

I know not everyone can handle the pure unadulterated awesomeness that is the one true Troll race but that’s ok. There’s always lesser races like Orcs and Dwarves. And I guess if you absolutely have to Belfs and Vulpera…
