Oh no worries, I wasn’t disputing anything you said. lol Just giving some info, and offering up the willingness to accept anything you’d happen to find if you searched and found even more info than I did. 
I also don’t dismiss the fact they’re still in testing, even if it’s Beta, so any new changes to come about are quite possible so lol until SL goes live I’m not gonna hold my breath that everything is as it’s going to be.

I have a vulpera, I really liked the idea of them and I love their totems.
BUT, they can’t wear shoes really, and they are short and squat so transmog looks pretty horrible on them. I don’t think I’m going to make more than the one I’ve got.
If only Druid could be Vulpera I could make almost all of my characters Vulpera
I’m a Fox in real life, why would I want to play as one in game.
