It is purely a ‘some players want it to happen.’ Could it happen? Sure. But nothing Blizzard has done even suggests it will be a thing.

What with the whole conquering and more or less enslaving Undermine, all of the horrendous acts he’s having the Darkfuse carry out on his orders to the innocent people of the city, trying to flood the ringing deeps and most importantly, spreading the black blood and helping Xal’atath repair the dark heart so she can destroy our world

Not ambassador. His PVP mark is not Horde.
In my opinion, he should’ve stuck to his BfA portrayal. He wasn’t a villain then. At least not any more of a villain than the rest of the Horde.
In my opinion they should have just let him disappear.
It maybe that Blizzard had decided it OK to make him a villain because he was “only a racial leader”, and a former one at that. But it raises the concern that they just can’t help but see the Horde as a source of plot villains and are interested in reasons why it is OK to keep villain-batting Horde characters.

It was weird that he didn’t try to side with Saurfang and the others. Though it was reported that he was burning documents, its possible that he was already planning on leaving the Horde, and planned on slipping away in the fighting, while she held the attention.
He envied that Sylvanas had a six-pack while he had a keg! (too much Kaja Cola)
