There’s terms of service. They should be vigorously enforced. The object of the forums is to provide a fun community environment for a video game, not a haven for borderline personalities and narcissists … that’s what X (Twitter) is for ;p

Trolls are bad here as there is little to no punishment for being a troll. Well not in just WoW but Blizzard games in general.
Welcome to blizzard games where you can be rude and get away with it.
You used to get banned if you had an unpopular opinion, like “hearthstone is p2w”. Now you can troll endlessly, call people names, slurs, etc…
You also used to be able to get people banned like that.
Trolling works both ways.
If the report system is strong; trolls can just abuse it and report people for simply disagreeing.
If it’s not strong enough trolls just abuse the lack of the report system and be free to do whatever.
