I thought 11-15 was “Champion” track…
and 16+ was “Hero” track.
So why do you need to run 17+?
edit: Ok so reading more–
16+ drops Aspect Crests needed for upgrading gear on the Heroic track.
But to get the actual ITEM you want to upgrade on the Hero track… you have to run 17s.
So you run 17s to get the gear, then can run 16s to upgrade it.
Because that makes … perfect sense. (assuming I did my homework right)
