I think because they are smaller they end up looking even more blocky so they put in a bit more detail to prevent that. Remember the old female blood elf feet, they looked like boats.

Before man walked, they crawled. As they crawled, they could do naught but gaze at the feet of those bigger and stronger than them. Such sights would elicit feelings of respect and attachment to the feet of their caretakers. Sometimes, said attachments are never broken and continue on into the adult age. To enjoy the sight of another’s feet is not an act of submission, as many would claim, but a sign of great respect.

Look at these feet. Don’t turn away you must see them. Marvel at their proportions. They look like big fat turtle feet, don’t they? Do I have a turtle form? I don’t think so.
I noticed on the older open toe boots when I wasn’t Tauren they’d give you low-def feet as well.
Go look at female dwarf feet. It’s a god damned mess. I’m sure it’s the same for men, but at least its equal there.

I don’t have friends over there and it’s all ugly tbh. Plus, most times I’ve tried to play Horde, any chat I was a part of had some form of insulting Alliance with homophobic or ableist insults. It made me sad because that was me they were talking about.

Orc male feet are more detailed than Human female feet. I know from using Iron Boot Flask + Orb of Deception on my Paladin.
