I see the value of both sides, but there are some significant differences between the allied races of BfA and others. For example the original DK requisite was all in one place, the questing was fed to you, as it was for worgen, and goblins, you didn’t have to think which quest do I need, and they weren’t mixed in with other nonrequired quests so it was a fairly brainless path. The Kul Tiran and Zandalari requirements are different and especially so for new players because they are all mixed in with other content, new players might not be knowledgeable of which quests to pick up to complete an achievement because there is nothing in game that actually functions that way, you have to go outside of wow or use adds to get that. So, either they need to better designate how people complete achievements, like if you select an achievement, it will guide you through the necessary quests and exclude other content or they need to just make the requirements less mixed in with other content.
Keep in mind, the more players the better off anyone who plays WOW is - so don’t discount what its like to be a noob or a new player, we all were at one time or another.
