It’s already tough enough being exploited by capitalists in real life, I never thought it’d be the same in a game too.
Working during the day, and still working at night.
And these people still have the nerve to call you lazy.

I don’t have full points but, I guess having a few point in a couple lowers the repair costs. I’ve never had to pay that much, even after a few deaths.
ff14 has durability, but it’s still peanuts in cost compared to wow’s cost
in retail where the large repair costs exist? yes. funny how that works.
repair costs and spell costs were MUCH harder to afford in vanilla…
Any guild that is halfway competent and pays attention to what is going on in the game itself would have upped their repair limit this expansion. Especially if you’re running said content with other guildies.
But…have you reached out to your GM or officers and brought this up? Communication goes a long way, my guy.
i only pvp and repair almost after every few games played. i left one for a couple days the other day and it was 820G to repair. since when is pvp even a cause for repair. so yeah 1k gold happens prob after a few days of playing without repairs
Wanted to show everyone you’re trolling since the answer is no, quests do not reward 500 to 800g now.
So thanks for that.
Not a single soul knows why you’re trolling people about the ridiculous costs associated with the modern game, but you’re goofy energy, just so you’re aware.
whos trolling here? we are talking about respec costs in retail compared to vanilla. retail has world quests for 500 to 800g a pop. whereas vanilla you would have to skip spells leveling up because it was to expensive. repairs could bankrupt you especially early on. some of you really are dumb as a box of rocks.
Maybe you sucked at Classic, I could understand that.
We’re talking about the modern game and daily repairs.
Please stop with your goofy troll energy.
Even if you were relevant, nobody knows what you’re championing for.
So stop.
blizzard screws up the economy, the wow token plummets below 200k and then they wonder why people buy china gold
i blame this all on christ metzen
we had a good game in DF season 3 and 4, he comes back, back to crappy imbalance of 20 years ago
GG
what do you mean “find wax?” Are you talking about the little purple patches on the ground that give one wax? and where is there a quest to turn in wax for gold? I’m missing something.
world quests 500 to 800g in retail. yet you complain about repair costs!!! who’s broke?
I use all my herbs for professions.
This is getting out of hand. I thought I was sitting pretty on my 70k stockpile but if this keeps up I’m straight up going to run out of in game funds to play the game.
And yet, quests are giving less gold than Dragonflight did.
The Skyriding ones are giving 120 g (lol) while there is sometimes a world quest that gives you 800g.
If you don’t have a steady income from professions you’ll like go bankrupt or have to buy their token.
wow token is based on how many people purchase it. so you guys buying a million tokens is what screws things up not blizzard.
I did a world quest where I took photos and it gave me 800g for about 5 minutes. I think its not that bad lol.
reading thru this thread you’d really get the impression that SOME here actually believe you only pay for repairs once a day or some goofy crap, lol.
its ongoing…CLEARLY…which leaves you having to farm gold in an ongoing fashion to keep up with repairs as we’re playing the game.
800+g is a lot of gold for repairs.
less opportunity cost
now I’m too broke to afford the consumables or have the mats to ‘maybe’ level my tradesmen i mean persons I mean… them
you don’t do the weekly quests? you don’t get stuff to sell from killing stuff? cry about having to buy crafted items at least you have some kind of an argument then. make 7-10k gold per week just doing the weekly caches…
