Why are paladins so popular?

rogues have a higher skill cap then a paladin. Why do u think we call them beginner classes. Cause that’s why they were made… for new players haha

I despised paladins in vanilla and somehow wound up rolling one in BC when Horde could have them. Even more shocking I wound up maining prot pally pve for a while on that one and she’s one of the only 2 characters on my account that has not been name/race/faction changed ever.
