Why are paladins so popular?

I’m with you on this. I have tried leveling a Pally and it was cool, but just didn’t click, especially Horde side.

WHY does the Horde have Paladins?

DK’s, however, hells to to the yes.

That’s like asking “why do Allies have shamans?” They tried the faction-exclusive classes in vanilla and it didn’t work out very well.
