Blood elves ears more constantly… at least with night elves our ears stay in place.
Them and many new race/class combos are viable now due to story. It’s up to blizzard to add them. I hope they let us do them without requiring an expansion down the line. For example in WoD it would have been perfect to do stuff with Rangari to unlock Dranei rogues. Perhaps they can do that for the next expansion and onward. Accountwide unlocks and such. They can also start at 20 if they wanted (so the immersion from the starting zone wouldn’t be ruined).

Hopefully mid expac… especially if we get 4 major patches this expac. Big cliff hanger on the darkshore warfront still, very possible to see this come to fruition
She literally became the avatar for the darkest side of her goddess…purely for vengeance…I’m pretty sure that has to violate some Paladin Code of Ethics somewhere.

Whether it’s the worst of her vengeance, it’s still an aspect of her retribution… sometimes the Shepard must join the fray!

Maybe a horde hozen pally too…
I feel as though there should be no more class/race restrictions.

Since what we know, elune is not a naruu. So the night elves resisting her version of the light isn’t a far stretch.
I don’t believe Tyrande - or Elune for that matter - feel constrained to only act in accordance to the wishes of The Light™. There is absolutely a dark side to Tyrande, just as there is for the Moon.
Oh Maybe Darling, the night warrior could become a new class…a sort of shadow paladin? Worgen, Night elves and Tauren are all connected to Elune is some form
While I agree, it’s not exactly the light, that Night elves worship, Neither do the Tauren, they worship An’she which is elune’s brother? Or speculated to be elune?

I actually agree. Night Elves should be able to have Paladins as a playable Race/Class combo. It isn’t going against the lore, and there is nothing there to really stop it.

I think people are against the human flavor that paladins tend to bring. If they did it I would love for them to make it more race based per Paladin. Really show the anshe sun type of light with the Tauren, and show the lunar type light for the night elves.

Ehh it would take some tinkering with the patches I figure. Unless it’s an on and off switch. They usually save that sort of thing for expansions. Unless they start making an allied race like system for unlocking class/combos (I would love that) and maybe race upgrades like more cosmetics (like night warrior).
I wouldn’t hold your hopes up. I hope this is one of the features for the next expansion. Although I wouldn’t mind adding more race/class comboes baseline.
Perhaps it could be for unorthodox comboes as well. Such as a dranei going warlock or orc learning druidism. Some personal character arcs would be nice on an accountwide basis.
I’m not sure OP, but I hope VE’s get the option too soon! they can work the lore for it if it means more subs! and happy customers
