Why are Latinos Always Left Out of Representation?

Can you point them out on the screenshot please?

It’s not Sunday, dude. Who cares? This is a video game. Damn… why do you need every race or sexual orientation to be represented in every video game? Keep this nonsense out of the forums, please.

As long as the facial features are not tied to skin tone and hair, players will be able to make a lot of “races” in WoW now. I am all for more options because WoW is lacking in the character customization department.

they should just give us a more mixed type skin tone.

a lot of latinos look kinda…mixed. like light to medium brown.

that’s pretty much what my skin tone is personally

That’s racism when you only use certain ethnic groups ALL THE TIME in the media or other platforms.

What type of latinos? There are many latinos with close to 100% european blood that is already represented. Do you mean those of mixed native and african and spanish genetics? Tbh I would have liked some indian skin tones and I am latino.

Reporting this as trolling.

There’s nothing wrong with wanting to be represented in a game, but claiming that you’re not represented when you actually are is a problem. Refer to this post OP:

^^^ You’re represented just fine.

What? I presumed the middle two were Dominican.

Because we can look white, black and asian. Being Latino isn’t a specific racial type. It’s regional. I am a pale Mexican.

Though, I would have like a native american look.

Mestizos and Native Americas are needed.

Say that then. Latino is so broad. I wouldn’t mind it though. I hope that’s not all the new skin tones!

its so broad that none of the ones in that umbrella term were represented, which is why I used Latino and not mestizo

Indian people come in about the same range of skin tones as black people. I think in stead of asking for racial skin tones it would be best to ask for a color palette range. Even the very pale skin tone is WoW is a little off. If I could not make a darker skin tone character I tend to like to make red heads. You cannot make really good human red head in WoW.

Look at the upper right guy. There’s your Latino face.

PS: you’re not marginalized in movies anymore, maybe 25 years ago, not today

Dude are you reading someone else while quoting me?

Lol so? I’m bi racial and I don’t care.

Yes, correct which is bone structure, which lantinos fall under the Caucasian bracket of bone structure. So pick a darker skin tone and there you go.

So do you mean people who have heritage in Spain and Portugal? That’s called European and they’re covered.

If you mean full heritage from native central or south America, then yes absolutely. Put in Middle-Eastern and North African as well-- it’d be fun to roleplay an Ancient Egyptian warrior.

If you mean mixed heritage (in this case Spanish/Portugese and Native), then come on how far can they go? You’d be asking for insane amounts of new faces.

I sure don’t want my fantasy role playing character to look anything like me.

People are so weird.
