It’s not done for the .1% of elite parsing players.

It’s not a belief. You balance your game around the median experience. Balancing around outliers creates inherent unbalance. No developer does this.

they do in retail due to mythic normal heroic separation. theres absolutely no reason to do this for one mode only so i agree, if garbage hunters are on par or higher than most average players they will continue to be nerfed. i personally think MM will be good if not op at 40 but gotta see gear and runes first.

Casters and enhancement shaman continue to ride the bottom of the DPS rankings. Devs not giving them any sort of attention or buffs at all.

Despite the nerfs, hunters continue to remain in a good spot while others continue to suffer.

That’s because most of them are FOTM players (meta slaves) and cry when their FOTM class get nerfed, they feel the need to reroll hint hint

only buff I want to see as a shaman is enhance frost shock 30 yards with chance of 3 sec root or earth shock proc a totem of choice
