No there’s not. Its the same story on retail and the wait times are much longer for horde. The only thing that keeps them from being even worse than they already are is mercenary mode allowing horde to fight on Alliance side to help speed up the queues.
Mercenary mode will not exist in Classic. There is virtually no chance the queues for Horde will be anywhere near the speed of Alliance queues.
