Why am i bad at the game

I know it’s a dumb question, but since i am new to the game, every time i play dungeon finder I frequently receive angry messages saying “If you want to play ret, learn to play it!” and “f*** you garbage player”. Despite all this they never offer an explanation as to why I am bad. If someone could maybe explain what I could possibly be doing wrong i would appreciate it as I want to get better at the game but cannot do so until i find out what is wrong.

I’m going to treat this as a serious question and not you trolling. First, you’re in a guild with some friendly and helpful folks. Have you reached out to any of them for advice? Next, the icy-veins and Wowhead internet sites both have guides for every class and talent specialization.
