The fact that it takes no effort on the players part is the issue. If someone is going to use raider io seriously, then they should want to show off and upload their logs and improve themselves. But someone who doesn’t use io at all shouldn’t be given a score. No one should be judged by this system automatically, especially since it is a voluntary thing.
But anyways, this is a thread about how mythic plus is a toxic environment, and a large factor in that is both because it is timed and therefor competitive, and because raider io supports the idea of judging a players worth without actually seeing them in action for yourself. Good players will be recognized by others regardless of whether they scored high or low on a placement test. That’s just fact.
