Community is just as Toxic as ever?

There are toxic players in this game but what we have is paradise compared to games like League of Legends of Final Fantasy XIV. Those games, people will threaten you, call you derogatory things and nothing will happen. From just the information you stated, those are not reasons to kick someone. Is there more to it? Did someone say “come on!” and you replied in a nasty way?
