I think the fact that he’s a dragon is more important than him being 15. I don’t know how a 15 year old dragon translates to human years. But an 18 year old night elf would still be a baby because they like to like 10,000+.
I’m watching a Netflix show about an empress who was married when she was like 16-17. Heck, even now in the US I still think some states allow children to be married if the parent signs off on it. (Which I think happens in more religious minded communities).
I’m not too bothered by his age because this is a fantasy world that emulates the Middle Ages with Kings and Queens and that type of marriage system was in place. Creepy sure, but it happened back then, so not too shocking.
Marrying a DRAGON? That’s weird.
Fantasy relationships are weird.
