I donât remember being scared of anyone, although I guess that depends on which patch? I donât think people realized, but in green gear of the monkey, I consistently (90%) won 1v5âs up until patch 1.7. As a âmelee hunter,â ânot using a pet,â against plenty of T1/T2 horde. Either way, the only thing I tried to avoid were soul-link locks, healing shamans, and prot warriors, or dueling against paladins.
I had a blast back then (I assume most of you as well), for so many reasons, and Iâll miss all the people I met. Some regrets for sure, but I really do cherish those vanilla moments. Especially considering how this game is now. Itâs not even realm-specific anymore⌠What a joke. Knew it since TBC though⌠Whatâs sad is that thereâs just no way to re-live those moments. Even if Blizzard had a WoW-Vanilla that progressed as opposed to this WoW-Classic⌠Itâs just never gonna be. All the people, /shrug. Such a sad bummer.
I had a blast being on my own, and had a blast with Rebirth spending months recruiting me, and then spending years with them. Honestly, this server was a blast altogether, Alliance and Horde. Really awesome community imo. What a bummer time goes on.

Iâve recently been trying to find a way to recover my account. I have no idea how or if itâs possible, so far unsuccessful.
I ran for awhile with a lot of people on this list, Drixicon era, as a gnome warlock named Reincarnate. I cannot for the life of me remember how high I got, but I do remember tapping out before getting the GM title . I think that group was starting to fizzle out after getting a number of people to GM. It was a brutal slog. Another name I remember playing with was a character named RukeiâŚthough I canât for the life of remember what class or race he was. 2004/2005 was so damn long ago.
I hope I will be able to recover the character, though it feels like my hopes are very slim right now.
