Hopefully get to see a bit more on the darkshore warfront, some more of where the cwap sylvanas is and what she’s up to?
I want to do the mega dungeon. I’ve just been busy grinding rep to get flying since play time is limited.
Hate to break it to you but pvp will never get equal treatment.
Wow is a PVE game with a bolted on sidebar pvp option.
The game is 15 years old. Pvp is what it is and will never be any better than it is now.
In fact the total failure of wm, likely means even less resource directed to pvp in the future. If it showed anything, it put an exclamation point on how unpopular pvp really is.
I just want my Worgen to look less like a rabid chihauhau and more like a proper wolf person.
Dagnabbit, Mortis! You keep doing this to me – I see a thread title, I mouse over it for the preview, I get riled up and start thinking up a suitable reply – and then I see it’s a Mortis thread.
[waves at Mortis. Offers Mortis a Dr Pepper slushie.]
Thats because the Devs have no idea where the story is going…its very evident they just sort of stopped half way through
What’s the problem with it being a Mortis thread? You can reply to me.
You can tell me anything.
Anything that isn’t implying something positive about Demon Hunters lol
Never thought I’d die posting side by side with an Undead Warlock
I hate Demon Hunters
Cram packed with things to do to progress my main character. Something classic has VERY little of, sadly.
But i geuss grinding gold will be fun a year or two down the road?
More rep grinds, more bad content, more hateful storytelling?
Gosh, I can’t wait.
If u remove pvp… i would expect wow to die quickly.
Not true at all gold was a big part of vanillia and character progression. Buying riding… skills etc. Not only that gearing takes ages. Vanillia has plenty of character progression. Pvp and pve its just different as gold is not lucrative now and is inflated and so is gear
Take pve away and wow ceases to exist. Take pvp away and a side game inconsequential to the main game would be gone. Wow would still be wow if pvp were removed.
No it really didn’t sadly.
I’m glad you are optimistic though!
There is just too little to do at max level to keep me entertained for a long period of time in Classic.
Its a pretty big fallacy that gearing takes long.
Objectively, it takes longer in modern wow, because of Titanforging, right?
You can also master loot in dungeons, for some reason only god knows, so people just reserve all the loot they need and be done with it.
Super fun stuff.
Classic wow was not all end game. Most of the game was leveling. End game thinking is due to modern wow. Getting bis gear in modern wow is harder but is not a goal for people because its impossible. You cannot compare modern wow to vlassic i guess as they are different. My time in classic last year at max level was far more enjoyable at end game. Even simple things like finishing a dungeon on a pvp server is a whole journey. Buy a bunch of stuff in town, clean bags, find a group, travel to inetance and fight teams on the way there… then finally start the instance. Everything just takes longer to do. Gearing is far more of a grind in classic and gear did feel far more rewarding than modern wow.
I think your view is pretty bias. Pvp holds far more value to the wow population rather than a side game like pet battles. Looking at participation in arena or bgs compared with raiding is a goood comparison.
Blizzard can’t even bribe people into pvp. It’s not near as popular as you like to believe.
This.
Unless PvP has rewards, people won’t do it. And PvP is in such sorry shape that even the rewards aren’t compelling enough. PvP blows. Be mad at Blizzard, not the players.
No, not ready, not remotely close to being ready to start thinking about what comes next.
I’m not even half-way through unlocking mechagon on my alts. I stlll have 8.0 stuff on my todo list.
Goblin update hype!
