Okay here’s the thing, you’re making an unfair comparison.
Now here’s the thing. Mecha-gnomes might have tech going for them at first glance. However, as it’s been shown quite throughly. It has a higher failure rate than goblin’s current equipment by a lot. So at least 33% of those gnomes will blow themselves to pieces likely taking others with them.
Next, we all know their racials are only that good because Blizzard wants people to have an excuse to play them at all. So we’re throwing racials right out the window here.
Vulpera are not stupid. They’re not ignorant of tech (even though it’s not commonplace in Vol’dun) and can make use of pretty much everything they find both tech and mystic and they are very adaptable and able to use hit and run tactics to very effective degrees.
It would not be bloodless, but vulpera would win ultimately due to a combination of tactics, tricks, and ability to use pretty much everything. Also as another poster said, three words, mass acid grenades.

Realistically, I would say the Junker gnomes cause of tech, but then again, Vulpera are excellent scavengers 
Well in the 7 encounters they have had Hawkeye has won them all. So yeah
Well, I’m talking about the MCU ones. Comics are much more random.
Even in mcu the 1 encounter they have hawkeye gets the better of iron man

Mechagnomes would destroy Vulpera in a head to head 1v1 fight. The Vulpera would likely have to use guerilla tactics to have a chance.
All based on a false assumption about robotics: Power = Resilience.
The is absolutely no specifications about mechagnomes available. They might be as weak as a flesh gnome. Even if they have more speed or more agility.
There is nothing implicitly taken to say they are stronger than a man, or a Vulpera.

I left my toon dead in redshire woods after the loathing and self hate staring at a mechagnome monk for racials consumed me.
Vulpera because there aren’t even 1000 level 120 mechagnomes rofl.
Gnomes = Mechagnomes > Having a Life > Every other playable race.
