Right, because right wing never ever does that too. Nope. Not ever.
Uhh, being left wing isn’t what’s causing the low populations. It’s faction favoritism and imbalance, not left wing politics.
When has left wing speech ever been banned from WoW?
i don’t even know if i’m buying next expansion and if you got to accept social contract for 9.2.5 it really don’t matter not like anything new is coming just rehashed stuff to save money instead of new dungeons and bg’s. so who knows if i will.
That and those always looking to pick a pointless fight. IE Blizzard taking our rights away. (I was just in a thread that got deleted.) Something in there similar to: If you don’t oppose this now, you have no right to complain Something about the future when Blizzard bans you for breaking the social contract but not defining exactly what/how you did.
I am dumbfounded at the sheer number of people who are supposedly protesting, (if you wanna call it that,) the social contract. My goodness, get your heads out your arses and realize nothing changed. This isn’t some conspiracy to take away orc rights in the future, or force gnomes into interment camps. (Though I wouldn’t be opposed!)
Realize that (there should be,) accountability in a game for your actions and words. (Something that the gaming communiny has been laxed on for a long time.) Those of you who still can’t tell the difference should stop playing games for a while and do some serious soul searching or educational seminars on Polite manners. Agree or not, most of the concerns brought up by those opposing the contract could be mitigated or avoided by simply being polite: Hello, (when you join a group.) and Ty for group, (when you are done.) Go a lot further in terms of interaction and communication than people think. Just as You stupid noob sends a specific message, so does being polite. Something we all could do, (probably a lot, ) more of everyday.
At the root: If you are looking to poke conspiracy holes in the contract, you need to re-evaluate your life. (Personally,) I think you have more of problem with what’s going outside the game world but feel ultimately powerless. (You are not alone feeling that way either fyi.)
It’s sad that you think “behave yourself and treat each other with respect” is some sort of politically extreme doctrine.
If right wing speech was banned from wow, maybe that’s a sign something is wrong with it lol
That’s just what they say it is. It is never enforced evenly. Look at Twitter.
This same crop of employees deleted every mention of ‘Green skin’ from the game because it’s too racist, but left mentions of ‘Pink skin’ referring to white human characters.
Pretending they aren’t just pushing their own self serving agenda is absolutely dishonest.
YOO CANNIBALISM POG!?

Soulless corporate espousal makes for a poor standard whereby to form one’s moral beliefs.
And pretending this has anything at all to do with the social contract is absolutely dishonest.
Let me ask you, who do you think won the 2020 election?
Hopefully the kind of people who get mad over being asked to follow the already established rules and to try not to be awful to other players quit.
I think Biden won. And I’m not even American. It’s rather sad that you had to resort to that.
Changing your title doesnt save you OP
Katerina Sakellaropoulou won the 2020 election.
You must be fun at parties
Having a bunch of 30+ year olds in a dying MMO super-pinky-promise-swear that they won’t be horrible humans to other people online is already embarrassing enough, but to see these 30+ year old WoW players think it’s still funny, edgy or cool to be mean to people for no reason is just pathetic LMAO
Almost as fun as Velveeta Meat Lover’s Queso!

I think what’s sad about the social contract is that we live in a world where people are so downright rude and horrid to people that we have to have things like this.
I can’t post my Ken Jeong gif!
