PS. this list is so bad and streamer bias detached its hilarious. the warlock list is by far the worst one. chanimal is the best lock in the game currently but hes EU.
aside from that the actual best locks on NA right now are me on demo, im even old and slower now and i have yet to see someone id consider playing it close to optimized and its even easier without a kick now. dukama/murkmindz then thug for destro, thug, maldiva, and kubzy maybe play demo okayish better than the other locks listed for destro. any other lock doesn’t really come into the discussion for those specs though, also probably maldiva on aff if anyone cares about that spec
