Just had a game where 2 people continuously tried going mid against 5 people stating they were “reliving pressure off of other bases” wtf? where the heck did you hear that’s a good idea. I haven’t even been pvping that long and I know that’s not a good idea, they should have tried to take other points where they had numbers advantage or even odds, not try to “stall” 5 people. I can’t with these types of people, really a waste of a q time tbh. I mean am i wrong? Is that not a horrible idea? Seems like it is a horrible idea.
I mean yeah in randoms that’s not really a thing lol.
Now in rated bgs with coordination it can be a good strat to send a group to keep them busy while your rogue/druid team goes off to ninja the base you actually want. But yeah without the coordination with the stealth team the whole “distract them at a base we don’t want” is just wasting time.

If they are tanky classes and turning the match into a 13 v 10 its a good idea to do stuff like that.

Depends on what content you’re doing. If you’re in rated pvp and you have goons trying to hero nodes against overwhelming odds then it’s basically noobs trying to learn rated.
But if your in a random bg and people are doing random things that make no sense…dude that’s like sitting at the kids table for dinner and looking around going “why am I surrounded by kids?”
Wanna play with coordination Que up rated. Quit wondering why people do random things in a Que event called “random bgs”
