I hope it’s this and not Valeera, how many variations of Elf female coupled with a Human male does this game need.

Watched that cutscene numerous times, here is my analysis. I have analyzed the way Shaw looks at Valeera and I can say he’s not into her despite the fact I think she was into him. Honestly, I don’t think Shaw is straight. Like the dude is not into women. lol
That said, why can’t we have Valeera dating someone from her own race? Or an Orc or Troll or Goblin? How about something different this time lol.
As far as I know she didn’t dump him, he was mostly shy about it. I think he should pull his courage and elope with her or something. Just becuase she is daughter of Bolvar doesn’t mean she has to marry Anduin. And I’d like this plot more. It would show that Just because Anduin is royalty doesn’t make him entilted to anyone.
Varian was a widower by then.

Someone please remind me to return to this thread and @ every single person who really thinks Shaw is straight after everything that happened in BfA.
It’s literally so obvious they invented Taelia to be the Perfect Female Love Interest to Anduin because they were too afraid to let him fall in love with his childhood best friend.
Shaw and Flynn spent all expac talking to/about eachother, and suddenly Shaw is into someone. It’s actually so, so obvious.
It’s confirmed that there will be an LGBT character in Shadows Rising, btw Shaw and Flynn are the main characters of the next book in October.
I still say it’s Halford.

Wait there’s a confirmed LGBT character in Shadows Rising? That’s news to me! :o
Well I don’t buy that one character that is clearly into a specified woman to suddently drop it because he chatted with some guy.
Besides there are legit very tight friendships between people of the same sex that aren’t about gay relationship.
Like Marty McFly and Doctor Brown, Sherlock Holmes and Doctor Watson, Anne Shirley and Diana Barry.
And it’s lately disappointing that when people see 2 people of same sex care for each other they immediately assume they’re gay. They could be just friends, it could be a mentor/ student bond, it could be adopted parent figure and orphan.
There are really many options.

I don’t think Shaw is LGBT+ but I do get the suspicious that Halford is.
