If it’s coming in a micropatch instead of at the launch of a x.0, x.1, x.2 etc then it’s for anyone with a pulse because everyone will outgear it already when it goes live. We have our BiS or near BiS gear already.
Brawler’s Guild is only fun when it launches at the start of a patch so you can’t nuke it immediately. Which I think only happened like… the first time.
