would come down to if they did anything in game that would be considered an exploit. and even then. you could use world buffs and stuff in the raids. so its like world pvp/pve rules.

Btw Apes is a pserver guild who have been playing vanilla for years. Method is not on their level when it comes to Classic.
All I’m saying is you have people deeply rooted in the private server community, some of which I’m sure were making a little money on the side from “donations” for running servers. They might have mixed feelings about the whole thing.
So you have group with the means and possible motivation to throw a monkey in the works with the world first race.
Is it likely? Probably not. But stupid? Only thing stupid is the lack of imagination to assume it can’t be possible.

I heard from someone that Blizz hasn’t made it official until the video is reviewed. Some people noticed some "odd’ things that were happening during the fight, things that weren’t able to be done in Classic. Guess we will see.
And a World First in Classic is not a true World First…Only if you played back in the days of Vanilla is it a true World First.
