Who are these Dungeons made for?

M+ is the worst experience Wow has to offer if you are pugging. I’m not surprised that q times are as long as they are. Who wants to play with the most toxic community of all time in WOW. This community complains that there are not enough tanks and then when one is learning the role in a normal and/or heroic dungeon they belittle, harass, and then vote kick them for not going fast enough or knowing the layout. It’s rotten to the core and the timer plays a big part in this abusive playstyle.

And why not?

WOW players really do not go for this.

CMs really weren’t popular as precedence.

Everyone thinks they’re above average, thus, if it rewards power, it needs to be lfr difficulty. Guaranteed completion.

in what world is spike damage less frequent, this is the worst tier there has ever been for spike damage haha. You’re definitely trolling.

Spike damage isn’t high. Olympi is correct.

Stuff is predictable, not like Freehold first boss deciding to shoot you twice, and you die.

You forgot needing to have a defensive or a plan for every poison phase. At least that boss you can kill with 2 dps dead. The other two in there start a timer if you lose a dps early due to adds and area of denial. Either kill the boss or get overwhelmed by adds. Perfection is needed in these keys.

How do you put someone on ignore?
A certain Drac showed up in this topic, and I remember the name from a very long time ago and do not wish to read their dribble.

Edit:
Found it. Had to go to their profile activity for it. Very out of the way place for an ignore button. Thx for letting me know it did exist here.

I’ve never ignored someone on the forums until this week. Ignore a few and the forums get a lot more pleasant

Spike damage can be predictable. This is the worst tier for unpreventable spike damage. Stonevault is the worst example for this, almost every pull has large amounts of group-wide damage. I realize of course that I am not playing the optimal healer for this content and I do make it work but it definitely doesn’t feel great.

i can’t put you on ignore b/c your transmog is just too good. It would be a crime.

I don’t understand the elitism. If a ton of people stop doing the feature you like being “elite” at…then you cease to be “elite” at that feature because you’re simply not better than anyone because no one’s doing it. You can still be “elite” at keys by doing higher keys than the reward track meaningfully provides (11+) while still giving more players the experience they preferred in ALL of DF. Keys don’t necessarily need to be easier, but the rewards need to provide more meaningful character progression than they do currently. +9 for max track crests is the primary fault here…most people capped in runed crest gear cannot time 8s to even try for gilded crests. You can call them bad, but if they stop doing keys out of frustration, then that only hurts you.

Edit: I realize OP’s argument was that keys are hard. I don’t necessarily think they are that hard, to clarify. I think players aren’t able to progress to better gear to better tackle these keys, and THAT’S the primary culprit.

I would say some higher end keys do feel overly punishing on some bosses but in general they don’t seem that bad. You can mostly gear up for doing 5-6 keys just doing delves and normal raid both of which are fairly mind numbingly easy.

I mean who is this game made for? With you being a le to choose how difficult the content is with normal through mythic+ infinity it’s made for everyone. I don’t think many players will or even desire to see +9 keys.

I struggled to find any real point in the original post besides vague things are hard. What things? Who knows. But they are hard.

pulsing aoe doesn’t count as spike damage though.

Imo some of the pulsing aoe feels very spiky to me, and not all of the damage in there is pulsing aoe. Can agree to disagree though

You can use preformated text to bypass it

Talk about assuming. I’ve been reading the forums since original Wrath and I don’t know Sôsari in real life. Ever so often I’ll come across a crying post in this forum and here comes Sôsari to the rescue to teach that player or players rather on how things work in game, and to take ownership, unlike you.

What do you mean? I’m having a blast in m+! Progressing up to +10’s has been fun so far.

You can easily check for sock puppets via pet/mount collection or achievements. I also don’t know these people in real life or in game, you can check RIO run history if you want to.

I already explained why it wasn’t worth my time to discuss the “topic”. Someone who goes out of their way to lie about their experience to use as leverage so their opinions sound more appealing means they are likely to embellish or outright lie about everything else they bring up.

I do help other players if they come here with genuine intent without crying about it or blaming external factors.

Like Stitchflesh abomb damage? I feel some personal satisfaction I managed to heal it on a 10 and we timed it and no one died except for a couple random trash deaths. I’m also not sure requiring 1.5m HPS for a 5m boss is balanced.

spears went awry?

We ended up with 2 abombs at one point.
