I’m refering to the whining to force change. “It’s not fair!” - all over again. “It’s not fair” got us classes with no identity and a completely homogenized game as well as standouts like LFR.
“It’s not fair” now gets people something else they want earlier than planned because of nothing more than the fact that they say it’s not fair to them to be camped on a pvp server, which is not against any tos.
The problem is if that is true, you shouldn’t have joined a pvp server. Because wpvp is the sole purpose of a pvp server. If you just want BGs, you can do that in a PvE server.
as ive said numerous times in this thread it has nothing to do with bgs being pushed. i wanted bgs too. the problem is is they just cut a quarter of the life out of classics playability and im not going to drop time into a taxi into their new expansion that i have no intent on playing.
The problem is population density, and the poorly handled server transfers. Blizzard screwed their own servers, so it is only right that they attempt to alleviate the problems they caused.
A part of that is an early release of BGs to pull the excess people out of the open world. Only a simpleton cannot understand this process of events.
Exactly, if they continue to account for all of the whining, “classic” will just go the way of “retail” - change upon change until the game is not worth playing, just like BfA.
Because those that are content with the game just play it, they don’t come here in droves saying how awesome it is.
So the only lip service blizz gets is from those who want to change things. So, keep listening blizz, you can ruin this game a 2nd time, I’m sure.
World PvP is fun for a while but can get boring. I prefer the standard Hillsbrad/Crossroads battles. Those were almost always good and lasted a long time.
i dont watch tv. so yea. But also. its more along the lines of cool we got this game that we could make last for years. lets squish it down to just a few months so our sales dont go down for the new expansion.
Of course and most of the people who are unhappy don’t come here to complain. It’s not the number of complaints here that affect blizzard’s decision making process. They looked at their internal numbers that aren’t released to the public and saw a problem. Most likely they saw a severe drop in the minority faction daily population numbers. If there was no drop they would have ignored the forum complaints.
What you and so many others don’t seem to get is that blizzard has all the data to answer all the questions we just speculate about here.
