Lady Liadrin is a redhead, first of all. Second…
Major lore characters don’t really define Belf aesthetic for in. In fact, most of the old elf crew with the exception of Liadrin feel like… Helf holdovers.
It’s also undeniable that Blizz pushed for Helf differentiation, at some point (even if they backtracked), by making them look less ruddy in coloration and often sticking to white/pale blonde hair for them. So, right now, as a player, I find red suits sin’dorei most.

Oh. My bad. I thought she was a dark blonde. Well, anyways I was just curious why you thought that. Seems like the majority of the lore characters and NPCs are blonde.
Actually only Blood/High Elf Lore Characters who isn’t Blonde are Vereesa and Liadrin. Vereesa’s Hair is White while Liadrin is Brown.
Fire? Oh, you said color. Fire.

Have you seen blood elf women? The hair color does not matter as they’re so fabulous already with the hair style. You can pick the worst color ever and they would still be beautiful.

Ouch Riprak. Luckily we’re on Azeroth now, and you’re free to roam Azeroth without any face peeling.
