is there a zone you have so little interest in that you think it would make a terrible neighborhood? Where would you NOT want a neighborhood placed?
What zone do you think might be eventually changed or affected in some way that it should never get a neighborhood?
Do you want neighborhoods in new zones, or do you think they should stay in older, existing zones?
A stupid thought, but the starting areas.
A place where the Champions of Azeroth spend their down-time training the next generation of Azerothās defenders, heroes and honster-mumpers kleptomaniacal omnicidal hobos champions.
I want us to be involved in that, but having us literally squatting right near the spawning pools, so to speak, is just inviting tragedy given how often, and violently, things tend to die around us at any given moment.
Anywhere where there is a major magical site, such as wells, trees, dimensional doors, etc.. Bad track record for attracting foreign invaders. Not a good long term investment.
However, if we branded it as āplayer fortressesā and brought in some hirable NPCs, barricades, castle walls and stuff, we could make a killing on all these washed up heroes whoād rather have conflicts come to them.
Anywhere in the Shadowlands.
Anything that is just more human, thatās right Iām coming for your favorites like Boralus and Grizzly Hills. Iām afraid theyād just end up feeling too much like the existing Alliance neighborhood.
Give ME something like crystal song forest, suramar or a hybrid dorfer zone that touches the Loch, wetlands, khaz modan and burning steps.
I agree with this, except I love Ardenweald. I am a night elf fan and it fits them tbh. But Iād much rather them do something like Suramar/Crystalsong like Jusp said.

I could make do most places, I think. Though some would be hard. Like Deepholm, Undermine (I like the zone actually, it just doesnāt fit any of my characters), parts of Outland, or any place that is pure desert.

Honestly for me, anything in Outland. I just never liked TBC that much. On the same token, thereās not much from Draenor either. Frostfire, Gorgrond, Arak and maybe Nagrand would be fine. But no Shadowmoon or freaking Taledor. Like yes Nagrand has always been pretty but itās never grabbed me like some other zones have.
I donāt like any of the Legion zones. No Shadowlands obv. Hallowfall is the only zone in TWW I liked. Nothing from Dragonflight. Eversong would be the only place from Midnight that I would want as a neighborhood.
For Vanilla zonesā¦No Hyjal, no Stonetalon, no Feralas, no Wetlands, Swamp of Sorrows/Blasted Lands. No Felwood, Darkshore, Teldrassil or Draenei Islands. No Redridge or Blackrock. No Arathi, Hillsbrad, or Silverpine, Plaguelands or Alterac.
It happens sometimes. He just has this spells, you see. Just pretend not to notice and donāt make eye contactā¦ well, if you can find his eyes that is.
I know this is going to get blasted but I do not want to see Eversong. Mainly because itās just overly saturated because of the current content, but Iāve seen enough of it so far, and itās my least favorite zone this expansion for no fault of its own, but just because it -is- a zone revamp, not a new place. So I think having an Eversong Neighborhood would just be overkill.
Iād much rather have weird or neglected spots on Azeroth get focused on for neighborhoods than more current/active content.
Ratchet. Itās neutral, has an interesting back story, easy travel to eastern kingdoms. Not for every character, but for some it would be spot on.

Me too! Ratchet and the Crossroads. Iāve always thought there could really be an interesting dynamic between the two places that is just ripe for stories.
I use the Barrens for Harunās laboratory for his agriculture, because the Barrens are not very Barren, and the Oasis are lush and full of life. The Potluck and Cultural Food Festival also tends to use Ratchet because itās an really good accessible neutral area for people to RP at, and actually is openly spaced enough for multiple groups of Rp to happen at once.
hmmmm, I personally hated the whole Ghosts of Karesh area and theme. The biomes I guess i could roll a martian type settlement but the rest of the area looks like a dumpster fire aftermath

100% agree. One of my favorite areas back in Vanilla. Pretty sure the path leading from Ratchet to the pirate infested coast was the first place I saw the Blue Child back in 2004. Holds a special place in my heart.

Harandar, itās too specifically Haranir, and any structure that isnāt natural roots would look like an alternate bad ending of the first Avatar movie.

In all seriousness, it is just his healing 2-handed weapon, a torch from Dragonflightās excavation mini-event, and the way the Forums take āsnapshotsā of our characters means at times Iām quite literally on fire, and other times the flames are licking the ācameraā instead.
